1. Work when you want to work - we will only schedule you to work on the days you request, and will only call you on your days off, if you request it beforehand. We respect your time.
2. Work where you want to work - we will only schedule you to work at the facilities and units that you request. We will base our bookings on your priorities, and strive to book you at your first choice. We will never book you at a hospital or on a unit that you have not requested in advance. We respect your professional choices and abilities
3. If your shift is cancelled at your first choice facility, we will call every hospital on your designated list seeking to get you rebooked. We will not stop until every one of your requested facilities has been contacted, each and every time. As temporary healthcare employees ourselves, we understand the importance of getting your hours on the days you request
4. We promise to provide you with as much information as possible about the facility in which you are booked. We will do everything in our power to provide you with accurate information regarding parking, location of the staffing office, facility protocols, facility paperwork, etc. We understand the anxiety that comes with walking on to a new unit for the first time.
